We will dispatch a courteous and knowledgeable technician within minutes of  you placing a call or submitting an online request for service. The technician will travel to your residence or place of business to assess your problems right away. If the problem cannot be fixed on the spot, our technician will bring your PC or laptop back to our our lab for a thorough and affordable repair.

We understand how important your PCs or laptop is to you and always try to return it within 24 hours. In rare circumstances when volume is high or hard to find parts are on back order, that time may be slightly extended.
